For my Design concept I have decided to present for my swimsuit was based on my inspiration pictures, as well as using Annett Kellerman as my muse.

The Yo Yo's can from one of my inspiration pictures with the circles on it.

The low boy-leg look came from the other two inspiration picture as well as Annett Kellerman designs for inspiration.

Sampling

This is where I have sampled the different sized and different fabric Yo Yo's.
I have sewed the Yo Yo base to the garment, then the sequined fabric to the centre of the Yo Yo.

Swinwear Shape

This is the shape that i have decided to use for my swimwear design.

One Shoulder strap bathers, with the strape crossing over to the other side at the back of the garment.

Once the crotch of the swimsuit is finished, the bathers will have a slight boy-leg look but not quite as low as a boy-leg, more of a 1940's to 1960's look, coming from the Annett Kellerman style of swinwear.

Testing Ideas

I have decided to use Yo Yo's for my swimwear design.

This is where i have experimented with different sized Yo Yo's and different textered fabrics.

These are examples with open Yo Yo's. for my final garment i will use both open and closed Yo Yo's. With the closed ones, I will use sequins or jewels in the centre of them.
